This was my next question. If it will get better I’ll push through.
when your body is used to x amount of water as the standard, it gets into a routine of expecting that amount and figuring out how to function best with that amount, and when you first start to throw more at it, it's still running on the old routine. it can develop new routines, but it takes some time to accept the new "normal" amount. you'll still definitely pee more because you're putting more in, so more is going to come out, buuuuuut it should still mellow out a bit. it takes a while for your stuff to regulate, and you have to stick with it if you hope to get over the hump.
 
Finally scheduled in with the podiatrist for the bone spur/plantar fasciitis.

Been running on it anyway, and it feels better after I run, but if I don't keep moving all day, the pain is crippling.
 
Knowing you, there's probably actually a chicken bone in there that you stepped on months ago.
