Of course the downside to that is we have mountains of paper everywhere because this one is new top of the stack and we don't know where in this sea of stuff attempts one through forty two are.

Anyway the point is there's nothing wrong with you, you're not abbynormal, you just need to figure out your own way of keeping track of stuff, don't give a shit what anyone else thinks about it, and hopefully figure it out by the time you turn 50.

not high like coke but the coke come-down. i felt so sketchy on it

when you roll around in your bed begging god to kill you and you promise baby jesus that you will never do it again
Adderall is meth, plain and simple. Let's just cut the bullshit and call it what it is.

Amphetamine salts, bath salts, doing amphetamines in the bathtub, whatever, you're a mess any way you cut it.

Might be a little beyond your time or old school for you but my wife has to have things written down on physical stuff, ink on paper, to remember or keep track of them.
Organizing different files in different folders on a computer ain't gonna do it.
I'm the same way with some things. Physically putting pen to paper makes your brain work more, or just differently, than mousing shit around a computer.
yeah, I definitely like physical better than digital or files, but I still neglect to check places, like I will straight up write sticky notes and put them on my monitor and as soon as they're there, they have become a part of my surroundings and I don't register them anymore

Read on. That's why we have mountains of stuff written down on paper that gets lost in a sea of paper. It's a self-licking ice cream cone.

I went to the hospital today to see a nurse practitioner/allergist. Got 15 or something needle sticks in my back of common allergens. Turns out I'm allergic to most of them. Worst 15 minutes of my life. Literally had to sit on my hands to keep from itching them before she came back in the room to examine the reaction sites.

Off the charts allergic to dogs, grass pollen, tree pollen specifically birch, and.... Surprised me.... Cats!!! I have 2 cats now. And literally have had cats in my life since I was born. Anyway, I go back next week for a follow-up test panel to check the negative results from today. But she said I appear to be a good candidate for allergy shots.

I still have lumps on my back from the needle sticks, 6 hours later and she put all kinds on benedryl cream on them after recording the results.

I realize this is a long road to get my body to be less allergic to literally everything. Fucking tired of feeling like shit, blowing my nose all the time, and itchy all over because of allergies.

So, got a call from my wife's work yesterday "Teresa's being taken to the hospital by ambulance, she had chest pain and was having trouble breathing."
*We apparently had the covid late Jan-early Feb., doctors just thought bad viral cold at time.
So, back-forth to hospital twice yesterday - they still aren't finding anything. Personally i think it's stress, she's angling to quit working (teacher), says they are getting no support from school district and parents are being particularly fucktarded, doing things like sitting in on the classes and yelling at other people's kids.

holy shit i’m so sorry.
def sounds like an anxiety/panic attack.
tracking her triggers helps. like ask her if something particular went down earlier etc, maybe it’s her everyday racing thoughts

IMO Teachers have always had the hardest job in the world, they are grossly underpaid and overworked (pre pandemic of course) and now with everything going on I can’t even imagine how hard this has been for every single teacher out there.

it’s sad when parents expect a teacher to raise their child from 8:30 to 3:30pm everyday and feel they are entitled to abuse the teacher as id the teacher works for them

i hope she feels better. try to go easy on her tiger

It's an odd dynamic when parents can sit there all day, watching. In virtual school they (parents & kid) only see the teacher, but the teacher has a big ass monitor(55"?) where they can see 70 little fucktards. 5th graders in this case. Teacher can't even go take a piss without a parent reporting they were "gone". smh.

Re: easy on her - the day had started out that way, she had no heavy breathing difficulties AFAIK. ;) I treat her like a queen.
And thanks.
