I like the AB in the GB
Ive had zero luck with meds
They either make me loopy (er) in the head or have no effect at all
So I just suffer through
Have you tried Breathe Right Strips?
I sleep with one on. Helps quite a bit.

High tolerance.I never felt anything off any OTC med no matter what it's supposed to be for. Gotta take 3x-4x to even notice anything, twice that to do any good if it's even possible.
Idk, maybe you're all weak or I'm a soak but the shit just plain don't work.

you may have had an obstruction of some sort, temporary or otherwise. if your nose tissue was really inflamed, it could have been blocking passage without some pressure.I tried a Neti Pot a couple of times but the water solution went in, and didn’t come out as advertised. I ended up with almost 8 oz of it stuck in my sinuses until I leaned over the sink and “blew” my nose.

nose tissues are weird - I had a deviated septum that I got fixed, and the side that should have been more open bc the septum curved away from it just grew extra nosemeat that they had to remove (septoplasty with turbinate reduction)
@Domon how's your sickness? Still all roided up?
off the roids for about 5 days now, im pretty good. If i go another week without relapsing i think im gonna call myself good
Nice, good to hear.
Prolly poor form right now, but do coughing exercises to keep your lungs clear.
yeah, spirometer would be nice right now. I still get worn out too easily
Flonase is my daily driver. When the oak pollen gets bad, I add Claritin too.Flonase gave me wicked high blood pressure.
It’s laced with steroids.
Which is too bad because it worked ok for me.
