its funny how they don't laugh when the shirt comes off, but they start laughing when the bottoms come off. Must just be a delayed reaction.Theyre laughing at your face not your tattoo, and then crying for your wife

So what do you guys think of the plant-based diet?
This is a surprising answer from you. Have you looked into or something?I think its fine as long as you get a steak in once or twice a week
and beer is basically a plant-based item as well, and Im ok with that
Possibly... it's the over-doing of carbs that pack on the elbees.im pretty sure you could eat all the plants until your stomach burst and not get fat. Maybe potatoes would be the exception, or beets.
I think a plant based diet is fine, few minerals that are hard to get from plant-based diet: iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium. Few vitamins. Look at this article, they hit the high points. On the B-12, anybody who drinks much or has peripheral nerve disorders in their family line should consider the methyl (methylcobalamin) form vs. the kind(cyanocobalamin) found in virtually all supplements and erroneously checked for in common blood tests. Your liver needs to process regular B-12 into the methyl form to rebuild nerves correctly and that appears to be where many folks with peripheral nerve disorders are being fucked by their bodies. Live isn't doing the processing. So.... the methyl form hops over that issue. Dr's. in Europe are about 20 years ahead of Americans on this. BOT - and vegans could consider the methyl B-12 if they are going to supplement for it. Fly mentioned LifeExtension company earlier - once again, LE was at the front, pushing the methyl B-12 20 years before anybody else was selling it in the US. *Sublingual B-12 is not the methyl form in most brands.
From what I've read it's more than just plants, it's limiting processed foods even if they are plant-based. So beer... limited... hamburger buns... limited...
