Food Health food

I've found the only way to keep me from getting hungry fast is to include protein with my breakfast. I can't just eat waffles, I need waffles and an egg or yogurt or something.
 
The funny thing about dieting and diet plans is that everyone is vastly different in what they need and don't need. This is why seeing a nutritionist is better than following the latest diet fad.

I would like to see a nutritionist but they'll probably say that I should eat veggies. Lettuce blarf.
 
And the problem with Atkins and people who claim carbs are the devil is that these diets ONLY work if you eat NO carbs EVER. If you eat any at all you balloon in weight, it's dumb as fuck. Why would allah invent carbs if your body didn't need them?
