As a mid-morningsnack after my Kashi cereal breakfast, I am eating Kashi granola in Summer Medley with yogurt and it is sooooooo delicious.

Then I'll have a chicken sandwhich on rye with cheese.

Then afternoon snack is an avocado. (they give me horrible gas!)
 
I have to be at work at 8am, if I start cooking as opposed to something being ready it means getting up far too early for my liking. I'm not a natural get up in the morning person. :(

Ah, well okay, so the granola and yogurt thing can be prepared the night before and sitting in the fridge.

I'll warn you before your trip across the US then, my kids are usually up by 6 am and love waking up company if they can get away with it.

:lol: I'm always pretty sparky in the morning and I can wake up early happily. But waking up knowing that I have to go to work? No thanks. :)
