Has anyone ever done crapinmymoutha?

I like capoeira with prosciutto, salami, and pastrami in a sub roll with onions, lettuce, and tomato, lots of hots, and a nice, herb filled italian dressing. In fact, I wish I was eating one right now!

Too much wasted energy and movement.

for combat/self defense, yes. but one should not look at capoeira as just a fighting style. it's as much a dance and a game as it is a combat art. it can be effective as a form of self defense if one truly knows what one is doing...but then again so can wushu and drunken boxing but that doesn't mean I'd use either one in a bar brawl :o
