Kitchen is pretty much ready for the new cabinets and appliances, now we just have to order them
We have an exterminator come monthly and he would have mentioned seeing any signs of mice and we haven't seen any on the inside. Like I said, living near water you see alot more creatures.

going good. I still have to install the cabinets and countertops in the basement for the daycare. Got the fridge and stove down there. Then I get to start on the upstairs unfinished area. And seed the yard.
