today for dinner i had 4egg whites, 1/4 spoon of light mayo, celery, tomato, onions (diced) and wrapped in an Belgian endive leaf so yummmmz.. i was able to make 4! thats like a turkey dinner for me.

If you eat 3 meals a day like that, or even 6 you aren't getting enough nutrition and certainly not enough fiber. Fiber is not the same as a laxative. It won't make you suddenly have to poop. It just makes your poop solid yet pliable and easy to move. It gives you a 4 on the bristol scale more often
 
low cal/high protein works for me.

i munch on veggies and fruit all day long + my gallllllons of water...
i take vitamins and also take B12 injections to build red blood cells and keep my anemia in check.

as soon as i hit my goal weight, im going to inhale a double whopper with cheese + bacon. then im going to pass out from the itis.
