gov't employee discount on cell plans

It's funny we talked this the other day because I just received a form from accounting at work saying the IRS now considers work payed for cell phones to be Listed Property so I have estimate a percentage I use it for personal calls per month so they can add that percent times the monthly plan and add add that amount to my gross income every pay day so I pay taxes on. WTF Obama?! ( I get to blame him for all gov fuck ups for the next few months at least.)

I got a copy of my December bill to help me estimate it and a note saying if you don't return the form then it's assumed you do 100% personal usage and that amount will be added instead.

yup. alot of companies are gonna do away with cell phone plans and goto an allowance for a cell phone that way they're all sqaure with the IRS... they gotta get their money.
