If I had to choose, I'd say the first blue one. Maybe I'm not hip to what is in in ties now a days, but I'm not really found of any of them. Sorry! The stripped ones just remind me of every tie that every car salesmen that I've ever met have worn. I'm sorry! I'm not trying to be mean or harsh of anything 
I'm gonna say blue dude. For real. If you lived closer, I'd give you my disarming and utterly enchanting maroon Donald Duck tie, but *shrug* I guess it's not meant to be
I vote blue too. Probably looks good with your eyes. That might help you win bonus points if your interviewer is a woman...or fly.
