sounds more like linked in meets facebook to me.

I'm thinking that is what it will be. It's just not user friendly enough to weed out some people, so it has potential to become a professional networking site. We'll see. It'll probably douche out. It' nice not seeing a crapton of update spam, though. And I'll be keeping a smaller friends list for the time being until I get it all down, but I'll probably use it exclusively for the business/professional side of things. That way I can keep my friends in FB and use that for my rather more stupid updates since it's locked down.
