Ive been slammed at work the last week or so with no end in sight
Thats actually a good thing
My lower back has been paining me for the last week or so tho, guess I need to go shopping for a new one this weekend.

5% I've been walking 2 miles a day for almost 2 weeks and my back is 90% better.
Sitting all the time destroys the back and let's face it mustard, you are no spring chicken.
