Going after Comcast

I love their names. "Tim the manager", "Dave the provisioner", "Scott the tech", etc. How wonderfully anonymous.

Truly, I can understand not giving out a last name to someone you dont know who is pissed off at your company. That is just security. However, they also refuse to give out a badge ID number, or any other kind of identifier.

Tim the manager in Jacksonville office is quite easy to recognize from his voice. Definite Jersey accent and an ackward pitch in his voice. He has talked to me the last 3 days for 30 minutes each time. I look forward to chatting with him tonight :fly: I can tell he is starting to get fed up with me.
