Dunno what I'll be doing sleep wise, I've never been far enough away to get jet lag, but to be fair I pretty much live on EST time a lot of the time anyway, going to bed at 2am (10pm your time) etc. so it might not be too bad?

Friday might be good, think we're going to Orlando on the saturday to see Chikken, not sure, April is my official PA and co-ordinator.

Need to look into Miami too. We have a family friend of sorts who is Cuban and has a filthy rich family (their own island, plane, yacht etc) and apparently if I visit him he'll be very hospitable.

Kinda like a Cuban version of waw.
