Halp Ghosting software (free) help

Help!

I am looking for (preferably freeware) software that can be installed and run from a USB stick to clone/ghost a hard drive onto itself.

Ideally I would stick the USB stick in, boot from it into a ghosting program, "save" the ghost to the USB stick, and that's that. Ease of use would be nice as well.

Any ideas what options are available for such a task?

The best software I have come across for this is Acronis True Image, but it is not free. Costs $50.

That one is meh at best. Thus why we decided not to use it.

We use it at work all the time. And its free.

It sounds like it does:

Clonezilla Live can be used to clone individual computers using a CD/DVD or USB flash drive. Though the image size is limited by the boot media's storage capacity

that would be ideal, especially if it's easy to set up.

It's easy-ish, if you're a computer person. It's linux based and all text. Its not something your mother could do.

PING is another. Almost identical to Clonezilla, but the dialog boxes are a bit easier to understand.
