there is total truth to the no pc vs console online gaming thing. consoles would get slaughtered. some game, name escaping me, tried it before and it has never been done again since

COD4:MW1 actually, it was supposed to be able to do PC v Xbox with Live, but after PC gamers were raking the console players they took it out.

No it shouldn't. The last good Bethesda game was Daggerfall. The team at Obsidian is made up of a lot of same people at Black Isle Studios. They were the ones that had done Fallout 1 & 2. However Tim Cain, Leonard Boyarsky, and Jason D. Anderson had left after Fallout 1.
