Funniest thing to happen last night

As we were walking to a bar we saw some flashing lights, at first we thought it was a fire engine then we heard over a microphone 'NE NARR NE NARR NE NARR' and were like 'holy shit some students have stolen a police riot van'. As it went past it transpired that actually no theft had occured, the police in the front were actually shouting NE NARR into their mic and laughing hardcore.
