@fly to clarify in case you didn't see in the other thread, it specifically isn't showing anything when an ignored member is quoted. you see the not-ignored quoter's own text, but no indication that the text is in reply to an ignored member, or that it's quoting anyone at all - it looks like the not-ignored quoter is talking to themselves.

it also doesn't show a hidden post on its own exists but is hidden unless it's the last post in a thread; otherwise, the only indication content is missing is the "show ignored content" message at the bottom

I seem to recall people asking for ignored posts to be completely removed in previous iterations of the forum. Either way, it's the default Xenforo way for now. Let's table this until after the next upgrade, then we can decide which format wins and who gets pissy!
