Its the thread description. It's just to offset the description so that the thread title, description, and poster aren't stacked right on top of each other...

Create a social group, get more than 5 members, and you'll be able to create your own forum. The group leader will be the forum moderator...

After you get 5 members, click 'Create Forum' at the bottom.
