Shens, wrist rests are not ergonomic. I despise them. Puts more pressure on your wrist vs. leaving your wrist limp resting on the mousepad/table surface/leg/whatever mousing surface. Plus people seem to hold onto their gel wrist rests waaaaaay too long. Look all nasty, falling apart. Gross.
