maybe you should fucking learn the legal definition of price gouging. All I see is some expensive water at an unknown time in an unknown place.
You obviously. Your posts have taken a real turn down the retard road in the past few days. Just a picture that could have been taken any time, in any place, and the prices are little signs on top of it that could have been written by anyone. Price gouging can only happen when a state of emergency exists, so it would be impossible to comment without context.lol @ you all irate over my question.
That's water at a Best Buy in NJ from today.
Who the fuck doesn't know what price gauging is?
Yes it's legal. You can choose not to buy it.

Normally they sell the multipacks at a discount, but each individual bottle of Dasanai water costs normally $1.49 + .05 bottle deposit. So 24 pack = $35.76 + $1.20 for bottle deposit = $36.96. NJ law says it's only price gouging if you mark it up MORE than 10%. So $36.96*1.10 = 40.656.
GASP! 10 CENTS BELOW THE LEGAL FUCKING LIMIT FOR PRICE GOUGING YOU RETARDED MOTHERFUCKER. NOW STOP MAKING STUPID FUCKING POSTS.
If I read one more simpering Apple article in a paper I'm going to kill someone. I'm sorry but Steve Jobs did not invent smartphones, online music, tablet computers, or the personal computer. Blackberries have been around for ages >.O I was ripping CDs and sharing them in 2001, and Fujitsu still makes my favorite tablet.
I lost signal a few times this morning. But then again it's Sunday and there isn't anything of real value on tv. So I watched from movies from my NAS box instead.Oh yeah, and my DirecTV is still functioning at the moment.
So much for "going out every time it rains".
