The only time the dems offer something supposedly less expensive is because they're talking to the person they're giving it to, NOT the person who's paying for it. :)

beside, taking off the exhaust on the hybrids would be cheaper.

Hybrids run on their electric motor at low speeds, which is where most problems occur (parking lots, etc). Electric motors have no exhaust so removing it will not make them louder. Way the understand the problem like a typical Regressive.

JK bud. :D

Playing cards in the spokes? Hmm, maybe a deer whistle type thing that only the blind can hear?

Tin cans strung behind the vehicle like a "just married" concotion?

And why is it that blind people aren't having this problem with bicycles?

Or is it, that the REAL problem, is that people aren't paying any damn attention when they're driving anymore, regardless of what motor is in their vehicle.

The cheap plan is not to spend millions on an issue that effects like three blind people that like to jay walk.

I lived in a town run by blind people, no joke, it was ludicrous. They made the sidewalk in front of my house "ADA compliant", and as such most passenger cars couldn't make it in the driveway without bottoming out severely.

Breaking? Study Finds Fox News Viewers Are The Most Misinformed

To perhaps nobody's surprise, a study released this week finds that Fox News viewers are the most misinformed of any news consumers.

The University of Maryland study, called "Misinformation and the 2010 Election," looked at "variations in misinformation by exposure to news sources," among other things, and specifically newspapers and news magazines (in print and online), network TV news broadcasts, NPR and PBS, Fox News, MSNBC, and CNN.
