never had white castle either. there were none anywhere even remotely near me in the few places I lived in the NE. we have krystal down here which is supposedly about the same. great drunk food. they started in chattanooga, tn which is where one of my grandmothers spent her entire life. lived on top of lookout mountain. she used to keep a stash of krystals in her fridge at all times which was pretty funny for a lady of 90+ years.

What's impressive about this lift is not that he's benching 600 pounds. With enough work ethic and time, lots of people can do that. What's impressive is that he's doing it raw. No Bench shirt or straps or wraps.

I know right... The guy is a nut.. He's a got a high IQ, and a history major. Yet all he does is drink and start fights.. :lol:

I've never liked bench shirts. They seem like cheating. I can maybe understand wraps.

If bench shirts are cheating to you, then so are wraps and straps. They stabilize an area allowing you to focus on the core muscles of the lift, thus negating the stabilization muscles in said lift.
