What’s the population of the county?

my city of about 1 million had 19 new cases today, which is pretty good - our numbers have been dropping nicely

1.25 million or thereabouts.

Austin, TX. Travis county. If you're interested.

Tests are free. Please go get a damn test. Even if you just quarantine, it still helps health officials to understand the level of spread in your area. We need data, data, and more data.

I will. Because of Thanksgiving even CVS is backed up around here. I'm going to call my Dr and get an appointment. I'm told it's quicker and more accurate.

You're going to need more proof than an article in the Portugal Resident that PCR tests are BS to counter the overwhelming amount of data that says they are highly accurate.

“Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.”

There's an overwhelming amount of data that says running 34+ cycles is "kosher" and does not give false positive covid test results? Show me!

The guy who invented the process for PCR testing for covid specified no more than 24 cycles be run. FDA approves or recommends 32+, they really shouldn't, unless of course their goal is to massively inflate case count.
