Another year and half and I get a Sabatical. 3 weeks vacation on top of my normal vacation time and 5 grand bonus.

I get 10 days this year + 3 floaters and the normal holidays. No rollover at all, use it or lose it.
I have 3 weeks vacation, 4 floating/personal holidays, and 5 sick days.

that sucks. Mine accrues hourly each pay period. I think I end up getting like 5 or 6 hours every 2 weeks, and my max amount that I can bank is about 250 hours. I've got like 120 now.bast_imret said:

Lot's of Colleges do some form of a sabatical offer. Just a bonus for staying there a while. Of course I know a lot of people that has used the sabatical to go job hunt. Also at the sametime my sabatical is available my profit sharing form work comes to fruition and that should be an additional 10k+. My wife asked me where I'm taking her. If she can catch me she's free to come along.
