An Indian businessman has just helped 132 prisoners get out of jail – and has pledged to help thousands more.

Firoz Merchant, a well-known philanthropist, has been spending money to clear the debts of UAE prisoners.

On Wednesday, January 25, Merchant paid Dhs150,000 to clear the debts of the 132 prisoners in Ajman Central Jail after pledging Dhs3.76 million to help expats affected by debt.

“These prisoners are victims of circumstances and are not real criminals. They are in jail because of debt,” Merchant told Gulf News.

The process began in April where Dr. Liu injected 10 million AST-OPC1 cells directly into Kris’ cervical spinal cord. The Results
After a mere 3 weeks of therapy, Kris started showing signs of improvement, and within 2 months he could answer the phone, write his name and operate a wheelchair. He had regained significant improvement in his motor functions; which are the transmissions of messages from the brain to muscle groups to create movement (3).

and they were the "evil" kind of stem cells to, not the umbilical cord harvested ones. They essentially grew a embyro to a certain point, then harvested it.

So probably extra unused fertilized eggs from IVF couples.
