I was just on the toilet at work and had a thought about etiquettes, not just toilet ones.

When you're at someone elses house and you go to the toilet in the night, do you flush and wake them up or leave it?

If I'm staying at some hippy's house I don't flush because I know they don't care, and they'd prefer it if I didn't and conserved water. If I'm at family or someone posh's house I'd flush.

uhhhh flush the fuckin' toilet. That shit is going to STINK the next morning something fierce. There is nothing I'd hate more then waking up to a fresh dookie in my toilet during my morning whizz. Or waking up and smelling someone's piss in the morning.

My friends have a rule at their cottage:

If it's brown, flush it down, if it's yellow, let it mellow.


It's not a problem at my house, as there are four toilets on three levels. Just flush the damn thing.
