that sounds like you had a wimax phone.A few years back the service in Baltimore was great. But as soon as I got about 20 miles from the city, that was it. I didn't have anything until I got closer to DC.

Is that what is now known as an Obama phone?that sounds like you had a wimax phone.
I live less than 20 miles from Baltimore. Had crap reception.A few years back the service in Baltimore was great. But as soon as I got about 20 miles from the city, that was it. I didn't have anything until I got closer to DC.
I did some work near BWI many years back and it wasn't bad at all out there. But once I started heading south, it was basically nonexistent between 32 and just before 495.I live less than 20 miles from Baltimore. Had crap reception.
Sprint works better here than Verizon or AT&T. Don't know about T-Mobile though.No. If you have cell phone problems, you're probably on Sprint.
T-mobile is great where I live, and where some of my friends live, but when I visit family in Virginia, it's hit and miss all over that state.
When I had tmobile I didn't have service at my sisters house in no VA most of the time. It was spotty at bestIts great in NoVA. I had Tmobile with no issues, Sprint blows tho.
I have decent coverage when I go to actual cities, like Richmond and Fredericksburg. but as soon as I leave those cities, the service goes to shit. When I'm out there, I usually fly into IAD. I have great service all around there and down into Manassas. But once I go farther south from there, it disappears until I get into the Culpeper area, then I have it again for a few minutes, then I lose it again, and where I go, I don't get it back until I head back up 29 to IAD.When I had tmobile I didn't have service at my sisters house in no VA most of the time. its almost like everyone lives in different places and has different experiences
and theyre also double the price, because they know that.
I think it's exactly like that.its almost like everyone lives in different places and has different experiences
and theyre also double the price, because they know that.
Which is still what? Sixty a person, 70 a person?I'm only paying $15 more per month split between the three people on my plan for Verizon than I was for T-Mobile. It's worth it to not worry about whether my phone will work or not.
Yes, but I've tried cheaper options and didn't get good reception. It's worth it to me to pay more for a working phone all the time.Which is still what? Sixty a person, 70 a person?
