F33ns going to town on it with a floor chisel and 4 pound sledge. I've been doing cleanup with a heat gun and paint scraper. We're making progress.

Tried that. Didn't go well. Kept hitting the screws from the underpayment and bucking. Even a chisel bit didn't go so well.
