Thread Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2011

They do it at my work too. Gay. Its a saliva test. Ive only been tested once in like 4 years tho.
That's seriously nothing. Try hair samples every 90 days and you have to pay for it.

There is a big move in NY to try and screen nicotine in private jobs. No idea where it came from but it's been popping up more and more since 2009.

I hate that companies do drug testing mainly for insurance cuts. It shouldn't matter what a person does in their private life. If someone has a drug problem and comes high to work, THEN handle it accordingly.

I'm preaching to the choir though.

I would never work for a company that tried to require that. It's ridiculous and unnecessary and wasteful. What job could possibly be worth it? And why would they need a hair sample every 90 days? Wouldn't once a year be enough?
Physical security for a defense company. I think it was some kinda radar test site. The federal government also uses polygraph tests to screen people which is a total joke.
