If you want to rip it and then encode it, then DVD Decrypter. If you're going to copy it, then CloneDVD.

I use DVD Shrink to rip images and then I burn them with DVD Decrypter.

I've gotten a few coasters lately but I think that's because my drive was one of the first DL burners. I should probably do a firmware update.
