Do you eat the skin on a baked potato?

I make killer Mexican ones, with cheese, sour cream, and salsa.

And yes, I love the skin on a baked potato.
Needs more bacon bits...

But they're still 10000x better if you do all that with REAL potatoes.
she does all that with real potatoes. We have the fake ones when there isn't time to make real ones.

Bah, there's always time

The only thing that takes forever is true scalloped potatoes
I love boxed mash potatoes...:(

The skin is gross.
I've never tired it but I think so too. It also depends on how you make them I guess :)

The ones my gran used to make were great but the skin was always really hard and looked gross. Plus when I was a kid I was told not to eat the skin so what can I do :p

if they're done right. scrubbed clean and oiled before baking. so they're all nice and crispy.
