Dinner dilema, suggestions for my fridge ingredients please

The trick with pie crust is to keep it as cold as possible... and keep all of the ingredients as cold as possible.
 
Back to the free range meat thing.

Think anyone would miss one or two of them?

Sure, a little salty, but tasty none the less...
 
So as usual I am making dinner tonight, and as it's nearing the end of the week I only have limited good food. I'll write down a list of what's in my fridge (and cupboards), and would love for some ideas of what to do because I'm at a complete loss.

Lots of big peppers
Parmasan, Feta and Cheddar
Bread
Cucumber
Cherry Tomatoes
French beans
Red/White onions
Any type of pulse/bean you can name
Sweetcorn

I thought of doing stuffed peppers, but after my thread yesterday I don't want be cooking rice for dinner.
