I meant courts in general. The last bad Supreme Court call was when they allowed companies to spend however much they wanted on individuals politic campaigns.

"Bad" as in you didn't agree with it, or as in they were legally obligated to impose the spending ban? The Supreme Court interprets laws. If the majority found that there is no real legal justification to impose a spending ban, then that is a pretty compelling conclusion. Whether you or I think that there SHOULD be a spending ban isn't the issue. That's decided at the legislative level.
