I'm trying real hard to understand what you mean with this post. Honestly.

We always make fun of you, whether it's because you are an easy target or because we like picking on you. Much more of a challenge and something different is to pick in kiwi. Kiwi because no one ever picks on her because there is nothing to pick on her about, she's amazing. I called her an annoying, useless, pathetic, black-hearted neanderthal as a joke. It's a mechanism called sarcasm. She is not any of those things. It was a taunt to be ironic.

And as to the last part, I would love to woo her but she has a short man she is married to and three little kids to take care of, keeping our undying lust for each other unfulfillable.

Topic: Legislatures in Montana sustain the illegality of homosexuality inappropriately.

Proof: In the House Judiciary Committee, a bill correcting a law already on the books (Montana Code section 45-2-101) defining "deviate sexual relations" follows

http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/mtcode/45/2/1/45-2-101
(21) "Deviate sexual relations" means sexual contact or sexual intercourse between two persons of the same sex or any form of sexual intercourse with an animal.

The bill introduced to the House Judiciary Committee to correct this part (among others) is SB276. All of the changes can be found here. http://data.opi.mt.gov/bills/2011/billhtml/SB0276.htm

This law was rendered moot by the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution which reads:

http://topics.law.cornell.edu/constitution/articlevi

This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.

This clause causes the US Supreme Court case of Lawrence vs. Texas ruling to trump the old state law. The Lawrence vs. Texas ruling states as follows:

http://supreme.justia.com/us/539/558/case.html

Held: The Texas statute making it a crime for two persons of the same sex to engage in certain intimate sexual conduct violates the Due Process Clause.

This bill to correct the Montana Code and take that section out was passed by the Montana Senate.

The House Judiciary committee today voted to shelve the issue, thereby killing the bill for correcting the law on the books.
