I'd probably just go to your control panel ---> add remove programs, uninstall mozilla. Download it again and see if it works once you install again. :)

CTRL+ALT+Del

Click on Task Manager. Click the processes tab. See if FireFox is still there (sort by alphabetical order, should be firefox.exe)

Highlight it and click on End Process

Or you could just reboot your machine

See if that works first. (don't know if you ever turn it off or not)

i've tried rebooting, and it did nothing.
ok if i do it coqui's way, do i want to terminate it?
Rebooting is the simple way of doing what I said so that won't fix it. Right click on your shortcut and click on Properties. Click on Find Target. See if opens the folder that contains your browser and see if double clicking on it there. If that doesn't work, then do what Enema said.

Well if you're using linux you can type it in as command line. Seeing as you're not, if you're connected to the internet you can use your file browser (My Computer) etc. as a browser iirc.
