Ayuh, same here - it's like 5-6 percent in NH / Mass.

In NY it was like 8 percent thank the maker that wasn't my money

ours was 5 if I remember correctly. Or realtor actually offered 3 percent to the buyer's realtor to sell the place faster.

Yeah, and chances are they know each other so you don't really gain much as a buyer, trust me on that one

our realtor did not know the buyer's realtor. That guy was a wackjob.

I'd set fire to his house as well so he has to do the whole house hunting thing himself, but I'm supposedly "unstable" or something like that. at therapists.

I think the verbal castration will suffice for now... and knowing that his irrational behavior and rudeness to me cost him at least $7k in commission gives me satisfaction. I'm a vindictive bitch.
