anyone routinely clean without chemicals? any suggestions/concerns/advice? anything you've tried that does or does not work?

olive oil on stainless steel surfaces. cleans and polishes, seriously.

My preferred cleaning device is dust. If you wait long enough in between cleanings, it completely covers all your surfaces and you can't even tell that whatever is underneath of it is dirty.

wife has been using Method brand as of late. does a good job. Also, a drop of dawn and water in a small mister bottle does a wonderfull job of cleaning surfaces.

Antibacterial products in the kitchen are worthless IMO. Just clean with hot soapy water and once the surface drys, the bacteria dies off.

I clean everything with fire.

Only the holy cleansing power of the flame can truly get some kinds of dirt out.
