That anigif was actually fairly easy. I didn't really do anything but click some things. These are the exact steps I took.

1) Create an action to resize all images to 640x480 @ 72 dpi
2) Run action on folder: File -> Automate -> Batch (Run on folder, save and close)
3) Run a built-in script on folder to combine files: File -> Scripts -> Load Files in to Stack.
4) Save file that was created
5) Auto-align layers: Select all layers then Edit -> Auto-align layers
6) Crop out any area that has transparency left over from auto-align.
7) Open animation timeline: Window -> Animation
8) Create frames: Animation palette -> options pull down -> create frames from layers
9) Set framerate
10) Delete frames that are too weird.
11) Save PSD
12) Save GIF: File -> Save for Web and Devices
13) Choose options and save
14) Post on uf.
15) profit
