Chauvinistic Pig Thread

well, isn't this funny.. i've got a story.

i get a knock yesterday while home babysitting sick baby and it's one of the lez chix from next door. tells me she's just gotten into it with her and her partner's male roomie.

according to her he lunged at her and she defended herself but he banged her head on the floor. (she had a golf ball sized lump on the back of her head). according to him, we spoke later, she lunged at him and he was simply trying to restrain her and that's how she banged her head.

i grabbed the baby to walk next door to serve as buffer.

smelled poop, had to stop and change a diaper, and walked next door.

there's busted glass on the floor.. what do you say? I go with "having a bad day frank?" he's like yeah, looks that way, my stuff's all busted up.

anyway.. the cops come (turns out they both called on the other :shifty: ) and from what I gathered later on, did nothing. neither went to jail, neither got a ticket.

she had asked him to move out bec "it wasn't working out."

packed all his stuff and moved in the house next door with this other chick he hangs out with. it's dude's 3rd house within 2 blocks.

It's not babysitting if you are the father. k thanks.

I refer to it as watching the boy, whilst the wife is away. It's not really babysitting because I'm not getting paid.

Or, I was at home with the boy, whatever. But I often refer to it as babysitting, no big deal.

It just sounds wrong. I don't hear moms talking about babysitting their kids.

the wife did text me yesterday asking how daddy daycare was going.

i will be doing "it" every day come june.

I did it for 3 months, it was great. The wife did the first 9, then I got 3 months paid that just happened to be June, July and August.

Which is why I hold it open for a male or female. It's not because I'm trying to be a gentleman, it's because it's a common courtesy.

if I'm to the door first, i'll open it for anyone behind me out of common courtesy. i dont expect someone to wait there for me to go around them and open it though, nor do i expect someone to hold it for me.
