cell phone for the visually impaired

I thought I saw one posted here not long ago but I can't remember the thread or the context or anything else about it except that it had HUGE numbers on the enormous keypad, it was made very easy to read for someone with a severe vision problem.

I've googled around for others but haven't seen one just like it. A friend's mom asked me for recommendations and I couldn't recall anything about this specific one I saw.

I believe there's an app for the iphone that reads wherever your finger first touches down as the center of a number keypad, so that a blind person may use it...
