Most people use a <2 year old system??? Power users? Damn right. Regular folk? No way.

And come to my work. We probably have about 6-700 15" monitors in use.

most of the places in my work community have lease programs that upgrade everyones PCs like once every 2 years or so. Everyone here has a 21" monitor.

Thats sad. Other then monitors hooked up to terminal systems, I just don't see many 15" monitors floating about. Maybe if you lived in a progressive state.

when i worked at earthlink in 98, everyone had a 17" or better monitor. when i worked at cableone in 2000, everyone had a 17" or better monitor. when i worked at advantage sales & marketing 2 years ago, everyone had a 17"-21" monitor.

BTW, your comics are missing their punchlines. They have a "to be continued" feel, which is fine, but each one needs its own punchline to be funny. Just my 2 cents.
