Spell check wanted to replace ClonePrepTool with.....Clitoridectomies. That would have been a fun email to explain to the guys downtown.

Any one else have some good examples of spell check either failing them utterly or merely embarrassing them?

Don't ask me how that word got into the spellcheck dictionary. It's this whacky email systems that the school district I work uses.

Manual Spell Check...I leave it up to my mouth to make me appear ignorant and uneducated. I like to appear to know how to spell when I write something.

Not spellcheck but I have a few words I routinely spell wrong when typing at work.

When typing clinic letters i'll often put:

Carys Blahblah
Sex to Dr Blahblah (as opposed to Sec)

I'll also refer many patients to Spain Surgeons rather than Spinal.
