2."Pre-Emptive Apology" - As soon as you get there (and this is important) Tell everyone that you cant stay long because you have a date or something. Be sure that they all know you have to leave early, and when you do, be sure and tell everyone goodby.
Take your pick.

Do they like to tell you about their bowel movements or their sex life or something?
If so, just yell out "I DONT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THIS" when they start in. After you do that 2 or 3 times theyll get the idea.
awkward as in, i don't make enough money, i haven't found a new job and i'm being laid off in a month, and my life is pretty much worthless. those kinds of conversations.Drool-Boy said:
