I like him a lot. He grew up in Nepean (Ottawa suburb), and there's a Steve Yzerman arena there. He's a classy guy, very well respected, and sets a great example.

I have a second cousin who was Mayor of Nepean when it was its own city. Now he's part of the Ottawa gov't. Or retired. We don't keep in touch.
