Ooh brill, I just took some springtime pics

Although my photography sucks as an 'art' form, I prefer to just try to get pictures of lovely things even if they're not the best quality.

I can't remember if it was gee or Canucker, but this whole week, my sun will look like the ocean view shot he posted from his sun room.

You can also light something to the side of what you are photographing, then if the light is bright enough it will light what you are snapping

the difference may be hardware to a degree. If you're shooting with a point and shoot with a small sensor, its going to be tough to get the light needed for decent photos on a rainy day. A bigass sensor and a prime lens eliminates that challenge.
