That's awesome! I've drank a handful of times since my last post but nothing crazy. I had a very late night the night after St. Patrick's Day but I think I had 2 maybe 3 drinks the whole night? The night got extremely late because I was driving drunk people homeI'm doing a 3 month bump!
I'm still off the booze. Even went to a pub quiz last night and and lemonade. Feels good to be sober if I'm honest.
Bit behind on my book reading but I'm now reading a bit every day so I think I'll pick up the pace over the next few months and manage the one book a week or more by the end of 2023.

I am doing smartly as well, I’ve successfully avoided a drop of grapefruit juice all year.
I’ve even managed to avoid vegetables at least 3 days a week.
