You can use Valerian pills to relax with. There are also valerian & stress tab combo pills you can get in the Health Food Store or the Vitamin Section of the Drug Store or Pharmacy that are pretty good at relaxing you. You can use Melatonin to help you get a decent sleep at night.

If you want something to de-stress you. Eat dark chocolate 70 % cocoa. You can also drink persimmon tea before bed to relax you, eat quinoa for an evening meal as its a good carb that stays in your body long & doesn't spike blood sugar & make you crave junk.


St. John's wort increases available levels of serotonin in the brain which helps deal with stress & can make you feel more productive & calm. Yet there are lots of good natural foods that can do this too, brazil nuts banana's dark chocolate turkey flax seeds. Check out google & change your diet to make you less anxious or nervous.
