There's two skylights that open, but that'd be tough, and the other window that opens looks out over the breezeway/garage - no way to get a lift up there easily, and it's a smaller opening than that stairwell.

So yeah, only furniture that can be assembled will be going up.

And the office chair should be entertaining to get up there as well.
